Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy (Chemical Services) Chemical services—such as color, lightening, and specialty treatments—require significant time and preparation. Because these are higher-ticket services that cannot easily be filled last-minute, the following policies are in place to protect both my schedule and availability for other clients: Cancellations or Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the scheduled service amount. Late Arrivals: Arriving 15 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show. You will need to reschedule, and a 10% no-show fee of the scheduled service amount will be charged. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 10% no-show fee of the scheduled service amount. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I will always do my best to be fair and flexible. These policies are simply in place to ensure that my time, as well as the time of other clients, is respected—allowing me to continue providing the highest level of service.
